Online Purchase Return Policy - 30 Days
All refunds are provided as Corinne Boutique digital gift cards for your convenience. You can easily use these for future purchases online or in person. Return shipping charges are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund total. To be eligible for a refund, we must receive your return no later than 30 days from the date of your order. The 30-day period starts from the day the carrier marks the order delivered. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected.
For a return to be accepted, the items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Due to their special pricing, our sale, markdown, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In-Store Purchase Return Policy - 14 Days

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return it to us. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return, we'll issue a Corinne digital gift card for the item's value as store credit. Please note that due to our limited inventory, we can't guarantee the same style and size availability. However, your store credit is flexible and can be used towards any item in our store, allowing you to explore other options if your first choice is unavailable.
Non-Returnable Items
If a non-returnable item is received, store credit will not be issued, and the item will be disposed of.

Defective Items
All defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receiving.
Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or had tags removed cannot be accepted for store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please alert us if your package isn't delivered within 24 hours of the expected date.
If tracking shows the item as delivered, please get in touch with the delivery service directly.
